$349 : 60-minute process healthcheck

If you don’t know where to begin improving your current delivery process or how to go about establishing a new process, this is a great place to start. 

We will explore your current process and provide recommendations on what areas to improve, as well as insights on the best practices to transition to a new process. We will provide a recording of our discussion and a brief email recap of the points discussed.

$5,499 : Delivery process performance review

This is a more in-depth audit of your process: assessing, validating, and documenting the specific pain points for your team. 

We will interview members and other stakeholders of your product delivery team, analyze empirical evidence from artifacts of your delivery process, and deliver a written report reviewing your current process’s performance. 

Your report will include an assessment of your process as it works presently, goals and expected outcomes of improvement opportunities and a custom roadmap for how to get there -- including training materials for your existing team and future team member onboarding.

$13,499 : Delivery team online training, coaching, and pairing

This includes everything in the prior package. We will have a training session with technical leadership on how to best facilitate change management to get the team transitioned to the new process as quickly and effortlessly as possible. 

One of our coaches will provide guidance during scrum ceremonies, assist in facilitating code reviews, and provide technical leadership with further advice on team-specific challenges for one week. 
Team training will require access to your codebase, any product management tools your team uses, and any coding standards or style-guides that your delivery team uses. We keep all team and coaching details confidential.

Follow-Up Services

$14,999 : One-time delivery tooling and infrastructure setup

Often, there are institutional blockers to improving the delivery process that require expert knowledge of development and operations tools to address. We will provide one -week of development tooling setup to address any institutional blockers to delivery. 

We recommend that this time be spent pair-programming with a senior member of the technical team that can assume responsibility and maintenance after initial setup.

$799/wk : Weekly coaching and ongoing support

This is provided as a follow up to help keep change management and process evolution on track. Our clients often find the ongoing support in practicing their new delivery process as helpful as the original training.

We will have office hours weekly with a member of technical leadership and check-in on goals and objectives, advise on any blockers, and review adoption of best practices. We offer both 90-day and 180-day contracts for weekly ongoing support.
